You can replace the graphics card, but if you want a better one you'll probably need to up the power supply, and if you want to upgrade the CPU, then you may need a new motherboard depending on what kind, and for future reference the motherboard supplied with this PC is a LGA 1151 motherboard, so you can search up "LGA 1151 CPU's". (Disclaimer: you may also need to upgrade the PSU (power supply) depending on your CPU's TDP (power consumption basically)
