“Does this system require a headset with two connectors, one for the audio and one for the mic? The headset we have has a single connector and we can’t get the microphone to work. Very frustrating. Thanks”

• Hello, Yes this system requires you to have both a mic and audio cable because it doesn't have an integrated audio port.
