Q: QuestionIt has 2 hdmi port but only one seems to work and can’t figure out how to set up 2 monitors with this pc, need help please

• A:Answer Hello, The second HDMI port you may be trying to use is the one on the motherboard, which will not work since the system has a graphics card. If your system only has 1 HDMI port on the graphics card, you will need to buy a different monitor cable for your other monitor. For additional help, please contact our tech support at 888-618-6040.

• A:Answer Hello, This system has dual channel DIMM slots. We do not recommend mixing, so if you want to upgrade the RAM we recommend buying the exact same stick as what the system comes with, or replacing it with a new kit.
