There's 2 places on this computer to plug in a monitor. The computer and then the graphics card. Your monitor should be plugged into the graphics card (the lowest place on the computer that it can plug into. If that does not work then you can try the monitor port about 1" higher on the computers motherboard, but I am not certain the processor has built in graphics or if it it enabled in the BIOS. However, if it works on the computer and not on the graphics card then you have a defective graphics card and should call support or return it.
