A:AnswerThis runs fortnite better than xbox and ps4 combined. If he is a huge gamer be sure to ask him if he is a streamer. As streaming would take a lot of multitasking which craves ram. This pc can stream well but I would reccomend upgrading ram to maybe 12 or 16 gigs. This pc is fully customizable so it is easy to just install ram or other upgradable objects. Ibuypower is the best so far in my opinion in prebuilt pc's as I have been buying multiple pc's.
A:Answer400W, their tech support said 500W but when I opened the case up I found a 400W supply and changed it out for a 700W supply to handle my Nvidia 2070 Super - It wasn't too terribly difficult to do.
A:AnswerI had this issue too, I thought it wasn't working but you cannot use the HDMI port on the top back, there should be another HDMI port lower, below the back fan. I hope this solves your issue.

Yes you can use that memory kit with this system. Just remove the RAM stick currently in the system and then put in these ones. If your motherboard has 4 RAM slots, install them in the 2nd and 4th slot from the left.
A:AnswerMy son experienced the same thing thing but he was plugging his HDMI cord into the ports at the top back of the tower. I removed the black dust plugs from the HDMI port midway down the back of the tower where the motherboard is and it worked.
Hopefully this solution works for you but if you have already tried it this, I don't have another solution.
