• I had this issue too, I thought it wasn't working but you cannot use the HDMI port on the top back, there should be another HDMI port lower, below the back fan. I hope this solves your issue.

• I suggest using the HDMI on the gpu.

• this happened to me too when i first got my pc!!!! there are 2 hdmi ports in your pc, one of them doesn’t work for some reason so i plugged it in the other port and it worked! it should be somewhere on your pc :)
