If it is the IBUYPOWER BB991 you can upgrade to the GTX 1660 Super though not sure it is actually much of a upgrade adn No you cannot Use a AMD ryzen anything in a Intel CPU MB. mine came with the i5 10400F 6 Core Which is intel
