• A:Answer Hello, The fans get loud when you enter a game because your system is heating up. You could adjust the fan speeds in your BIOS settings so that they spin less quickly, but you are doing this at your own risk since your PC may overheat. If you think that there is something wrong with the fans which is causing the noise, please contact our tech support.

Q: QuestionWhere is the owner's manual? I have been trying to figure out why the display ports next to the fan on the back of the PC won't work. The usb ports work, but not the VGA, or even the HDMI port. I tried BIOS, but that wasn't any help.
