That's really weird. I have the desktop that's slightly less powerful but everything works fine for me. I have over 140FPS gaming for hours on end with full graphics on very popular and power games. I recommend going to geek squad and taking it to them to look at it. I'm sure they will know what's wrong. If not then exchange it for another one. So far mine has been beyond great.
