“I purchased this computer from Best Buy and noticed under device specifications on the desktop, the installed RAM is listed as 8GB instead of 16GB. The performance tab on the Task Manager also shows the memory at 8GB. Why would this be showing as such?”

Hello, Please look through the side of your system to see if there are 1 or 2 RAM sticks. If there is only 1 RAM stick, that means your PC was built incorrectly, and you can contact our customer service team to send you a second stick of RAM. If you see 2 RAM sticks, that means there may be a technical issue, in which case you can contact our tech support.
