Those discs are just extras that came with some of the PC parts for graphics card drivers, but you don't actually need them because any software you need can be downloaded from their website!

Please try the monitor with another device to ensure that it works. We also recommend trying a different HDMI cable or using another type of cable (DisplayPort). If no input is showing after all this, please contact our tech support and they will be able to assist you.
