QuestionI can’t get my second screen to be detected. Went through everything and still doesn’t hook up. Anyone know why? Also, it came with 2 disks but there isn’t a a disc reader (dvd/gaming disk insert)

- Answer You have to connect the monitors through the graphics card ports on the lower end. The HDMI ports on your motherboard are not unlocked. Check YouTube videos to see how to unlock but I suggest buying a HDMI to Display port to use the display port slots on your graphics card

QuestionI have this gaming pc and the game I mostly play is Fortnite. Can this pc reach 240 FPS with all low settings if I have a 240hz monitor? I don’t know if I should buy a 240hz or 165hz monitor to go along with this pc to play Fortnite?

QuestionI have this exact model but after a few weeks of enjoying it I turned it off in the morning but when turning it on later all the LED lights wont work anymore. I checked all the wiring for LEDs on the small board and they are connected. Whats wrong?

- Answer We received ours and it was plug and play. We did find out that the HDMI port to the top by the USBs is not preferred for a monitor.
