Hey there! Typically dual channel RAM sticks are best optimized when its slotted in 3 ways: (from left to right) have RAM in slots 1 and 3, 2 and 4, or have RAM sticks in all 4 slots. For example, if the preinstalled RAM is in slot 1, then put your additional RAM in slot 3. Try and see if this works, and if not, alternate the slot configuration if that warning still pops up.
