• A:Answer It should just be plugged up to the same connector as your other rgb fans. It might have been unplugged on accident. Just open up the case and see where they are all leading to, ensure it's the rgb connector though, because the other one is for power.

Q: QuestionDoes anyone know exactly what RAM chips to buy to upgrade this system? Also can you just add 8GB or do you have to buy a 16GB chip and lose the 8GB?

• A:Answer It uses DDR4. I would suggest purchasing another 8GB module; rather than replacing the current one.
