“Does this come with windows 11 and WiFi card?”

• It comes with Windows 10 but I upgraded it to Windows 11 no problem and yes it does have a WiFi card

• It has a wifi card, but mine shipped with Windows 10 Home. You may be able to upgrade to Windows 11 at a later date.
