Gigabyte is the name of the brand who makes this version of the Nvidia GeForce GPU. Brands like Gigabyte basically make what surrounds the chip such as the cooling systems and may make modifications such as factory overclocking or provide their own overclocking software. At the end of the day however, it's still a GeForce graphics card.
