This is what the FAQs have to say about overclocking; Some components, such as the GPU or graphics card may come pre-overclocked by the manufacturer and as such, are automatically covered by the warranty. However, overclocking beyond the manufacturer's specification is not covered by the warranty. Go to the Buypower website and find support for your computer, find the faqs. They will tell you a lot.
