After having my IT look over my pc, it appears this only runs 700 watt cooling when this system needs at least 850. That is why we are all having horrible freezing issues. Not good on Ibuypower to build a pc that can't handle the power.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Seems like a common issue. I have returned 1 (about to return my 2nd one) because of that exact issue. I can't have the whole PC freeze when I am playing an Intense Shooter. If you really want to try and fix the problem, Some people have luck reducing the Memory Speed to 4800mhz. I tried that and it DIDN'T work for me but, some people have said it worked for them.
