Same thing when i got mine a month ago roughly. Theres lights on the top right of the keyboard, very small red lights that will illuminate when you turn the computer on, odds are, one of those is for the RAM. Turn the cpu off and push the ram sticks in if they are not seated correctly. you will hear a click and the tabs should be closed on the top and bottom of the 2 RAM sticks. then power on and see if it works.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try using alternate usb ports. If that doesn't work, check with another device to make sure power is going to the usb ports. There should be 2 in the back and 2 in front or the top depending on the model
