“what program is needed to change rgb of iBuyPower fans? Can't seem to figure it out”

• Mine has a MSI motherboard... think yours should as well... open MSI Center... to the top right left of gear icon is four squares (feature sets) there is a program there called Mystic Light that should let you change rgb... I have not tried it myself but that should do it... there are other programs in the MSI Center that are useful... I just haven't install any of them to keep as much bloat ware of my system Hope that Helps!

• Try Signal RGB, seemed to be the only program to change the color.
