Hey there! The only difference with the Y40 prebuilt and Y60 prebuilt, with all parts being the same, would just be the cases; the Y60 is much wider and slightly longer in comparison to the Y40. In addition, you are able to include more external HDD slots in the Y60 as well if you want additional storage!
