Hello there. The LG LK75C Automatic Ice Maker Kit is not compatible with the LG model LTCS20020V refrigerator. The LK75C ice maker kit is designed for 24 cu. ft. top freezer refrigerators, while the LTCS20020V is a 20 cu. ft. top mount refrigerator. Thank you. —Kai
