• Yes. It includes the hardware, the unit itself, hoses and the ice tray. The tricky part of the installation is you have to break the seal on the back panel to retrieve the water outlet. My installers had to come back twice after finally figuring this out.

• We had to order this in order to have our Fridge installed, our replaced under warranty. I did not look in the box, although my husband had installed them in the past and only took a few minutes.
