A:AnswerFirst I want to tell you, igloo freezers are not made by the same company that makes igloo coolers. And getting it fixed is almost impossible. If it is still working good I advise changing our the starter relay on the side of the compressor. You can look on Google for any model and their all in the same area. Get yourself a compressor hard start kit for freezers and fridges off of Amazon. Its $10. And much more dependable then the original starter relay. Unless you want to wake up to a freezer full of bad meat within a couple years. The hard start kit last forever, work harder and I rely on them every day as an appliance repair technician. If you call customer service for service they do not service. They have you destroy it and them send a new one. If they send you a new one. Nothing else will happen with this freezer and will last years to come just by putting in that part. All other things are high quality good parts. Just not the starter relay
