• I have mine on our kitchen counter and simply just plug into a standard outlet.

• Plugs into a standard 120v outlet. If your RV has an inverter to power 120v appliances you're good. You just pour filtered water or bottled water into the reservoir and it will make the ice. I say filtered or bottled water because unfiltered tap or well water may kill the machine and it will be a pain to try and clean.
