“Does the charger work with an Android or is it just for a IPhone?”

• The connector on top is the Lightning connector for an iPhone. However, there is a USB port on the back where the cable for an android phone could be used. I use the USB port for my iWatch which is convenient.

• The charger on this iHome is the lightning adapter that is for iPhones. There is a USB port on the back of the device that you could use if needed to charge and android device.

• yes but you will only be able to use the usb feature. The top docking is a lightening charge for iphone
