“Alarm won't go off to radio at desired time. Set up alarm for weekdays with the radio, the alarm is on, am mode, and with all settings set. Not sure what else has to be done or changed.”

Not sure what you mean by "am mode" Do you mean AM radio. The unit we have only plays FM stations - don't see where it can be set to an AM station. The only suggestion I have specifically for the alarm would be to be sure the AM/PM setting for the clock and the alarm are set correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had problems with the alarm not going off as scheduled. I use both alarms on radio. One is set for 5 day (week day) and the other set for 2 day (weekend). Even with the alarms set, they need to be turned on. There is a small dot of light that shows on the display when the alarms are activated. Bottom left for alarm 1 and bottom right for alarm 2.
