• Make sure that the cord is pressed firmly into the speaker. Also you may also want to pull the USB port out of the charging block, flip the USB cord and insert it back into the charging block.

• Try shutting off the speaker ( hold button in until device says it is off). Then re sync it to your device.

• you may have a short or loose wire in the battery compartment your best bet is to take it back.
