Can you adjust the brightness of the numbers? null

Yes! I really liked this feature. You have high, 6 numbers, and even off. Very nice feature. The clock was not too bright at night, but still bright enough to see at night and day.

You can adjust the clock brightness. Button is right on top to easily change.

Yes there is a simmer button at the top of the unit.
