QuestionCan you charge an iphone 11 and plug in headphones and listen to music at the same time? Can you also listen to music while charging with wireless headphones at the same time?

- Answer You can charge the iPhone 11 on the Qi Charging pad or USB port in the back of the unit. While charging you can connect the iPhone and iBTW38 via Bluetooth to play music. There is no headphone jack on this unit. Best Regards, iHome Support 1-800-288-2792

QuestionWill this iHome charge my samsung galaxy s10? I know the galaxy s10 has qi charging but the better question is, would it damage the battery? The phone is brand new and i don't know how much amps or charge the ihome gives off. Will it damage the s10?

QuestionI want an old-fashioned alarm clock to wake to music. I don’t want one that blasts me out of bed but do want a snooze function. Does this have those features?

- Answer There is no radio option for music. You will have to use a Bluetooth music device. My iPod will not stay connected, however. There is gradual increase in volume if you are ok with a tone to wake to. There are 4 tones to choose from.

- Answer It appears that the Moto 7 does not support wireless charging (Qi charger) since their manual says to connect the cord for charging. So simple answer, no, it will not charge that device.

- Answer Yes, the snooze button can be set per minute up to 30 minutes. There are two alarms. I have alarm two set to go off before one. I have always been alarm two, but recently I have been getting up before the person using alarm one. The clock doesn’t mind.

- Answer Attempted to charge our Samsung Galaxy 7 phone and it would not charge it until after several attempts. We tried over several days and it had difficulties with charging so I'm not sure it would charge a Samsung Galaxy device easily.
