How do I get it off military time null

How do I set my extreme air hood from military time back to 12 hour time which it was before, and for some reason, it switched to military

To toggle the clock display between standard 12 hour time and 24 hour (“military”) time display, press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 Button while the display is flashing during the time setting.
