Ronaldo is wrong. It is the manufacturer that assigns a remote code to the device not the provider l. For example Sony had used the remote code 10000 for every one if their devices for over 10 years that same code worked regardless of the cable/satellite tv provider. The only one who would know the exact remote code is the manufacturer.
