QuestionI have the red and white cable plugged in but the only way the sound will play is through the optical cable and source. How do I get the aux to play? Also, the sound is delayed from the movie.

QuestionIs this compatible with Samsung Smart TV UN50H5203? My TV has the necessary ports for hookup but that doesn't mean the soundbar will actually work. Some soundbars don't work with the apps on your tv, so want to make sure before purchasing.

- Answer Ronaldo is wrong. It is the manufacturer that assigns a remote code to the device not the provider l. For example Sony had used the remote code 10000 for every one if their devices for over 10 years that same code worked regardless of the cable/satellite tv provider. The only one who would know the exact remote code is the manufacturer.
