“I bought this unit. In the settings, I have it set to CST(Chicago); however, the clock display shows the time to be one hour behind CSD. If it is 4:02, the clock displays 3:02. How can I set the display to show the correct time?? Thanks”

In the app you should be able to choose the time zone and them manually set the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wish I could tell you I found a way, but mine does the exact same thing. I was correct when I first purchased it and set it up but when the time changed it didn’t. I emailed the company and did exactly what they said but it didn’t work. Funny thing is I’m on Eastern time. Maybe if you set the device on your Alexa on Eastern time it will fix it. Sorry I don’t have better advice.
