• Yes. The power socket in the player fits a coaxial 'barrel' connector, size 4.0mm x 1.7mm. This cable works for me: https://www.ebay.com/itm/332339585522

• The AC adapter and car adapters we sell with the Portable CD Player do not come with a USB or Type C connection. The adapter input is 4.5V 600mA Small Pin, you may need to look for universal adapters .
