• Your car needs to have a 3.5mm aux speaker port to plug this in. If you have that, then you just need an appropriate cable to hook it up.

• I bought an adapter. I bought the one that was shown on Best Buy’s “other people bought this… section I believe. I haven’t had to use it yet as original batteries going strong and have not even opened it yet actually.

• Use a double male extension - plug into headphone port and plug inot car radio "headphone type" port - if no poat in the car it won't work

• Yes, you can listen from a car port. You would need a cable with a 3.5mm jack to plug into the player that is attached to something like cassette tape, or audio jack of some type on your car. This depends on your make and model of your car.
