So this has 2 ways to charge ( the cable or batteries) ? null

Yes it has a 4.5v charge plug in but did not come with a power cable. It does come with batteries though.

Yes. BUT it only comes with batteries. If you want an adapter/charger you have to purchase one. I did that too. But this is really good on batteries. I use it daily, plating complete cd’s and after 3 weeks the original batteries it came with are still going strong.
