“Hello, is it not possible to customize this iMac to 16GB of unified memory like the Apple Store offers? Also the storage capacity you offer is the minimum. Is there no change to upgrade to 1TB or 2 TBs? Thank you.”

I don’t believe Apple allows for that. I think they have solder the parts so that individuals can’t upgrade the device. You can check and see but I think started this a few years back.
