How do you open to reach and clean the filter? null

Slide the little latch and the motor end can then be detached from the clear plastic bin. Shake out the dust, etc into the trash and then you can get to the filter and it comes out with little effort. The directions that come with it show this.

You slide a small latch and the bin separates from the motor. It’s not difficult once you do it.
