It’s highly doubtful. I have 2011 Nissan Murano with climate controls and all that on the screen (LE edition is stock with GPS, DVD, etc..). I went to crutchfield to match up parts with kits, and it was recommended not to upgrade to aftermarket cause you would lose connectivity.
