“I am having my new stereo installed in my truck to day at your Rockaway NJ store. I purchased the stereo from Best Buy. Do you have a waiting room while the service is performed and or can I leave the vehicle and go out for a while when installation done?”

While we do not generally have a waiting room, some of our stores do have seats outside of the Geek Squad Auto bays where you can wait while the work is being done. We also allow our customers to leave their vehicle with us and we will reach back out to them when work is complete and the vehicle is ready.
