“My son got PlayStation Pro -first it lagged terribly and now drops wi fi connection. Had ISP here, paid for higher speed, got new router, tried ethernet cable directly into router. Console works fine at his other parent's house. Is this right service?”

Hi Martha. Thanks for your great question. So, if you're still having issues with the Playstation dropping connection and it's hardwired, we may have a defect inside.
