Tracking numbers are only good once the item has had it's initial scan with UPS even though it has already been assigned. I learned about this with another company - but rest assured, it is hasn't gotten to you yet, it will when the package is picked up. And if you have it but it won't work, ...again, once they pick it up they scan it and it will work. I hope I understood your inquiry correctly.
