• It should. We got it for 2019 13" MacBook Pro... and it fits just fine.

• Yes, definitely the Classic Sleeve will be a good fit for a 13-inch MacBook Pro. Consider, though, if you prefer to carry it with handles; otherwise, you will need to carry it under your arm. It will protect your MacBook Pro.
