Please try again later.In response to the question “Does it come with utility software to configure the programmable keys (for example the 1 2 3 keys at the top left)?” Incase’s response was to provide a link on Microsoft’s website to the old Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center utility. Since Microsoft stopped making these keyboards years ago, they could remove access to that utility at any time and a key feature of this keyboard would be non-functional. Incase should provide full support themselves, including all software utilities needed for full functionality, or explain clearly in their advertising that certain features are not properly supported.

The 123 keys work fine, they pull up your most used apps on your taskbar which is very convenient for me. If you want to program your keys, you can always use Microsofts Powertoys app. Glad to see this keyboard back!
