“If i was walking and tripped and my macbook flew out of my hands or if i just dropped it and it hits the corner of the case will the macbook be protected? if dropped on cement,any angle,will it protect the computer? thanks”

Yes it will be protected; shell is designed the way where it takes and balances all the impact among the surface of the shell
