QuestionHow do we get the software onto our computers? It says that there is a physical item, but doesn't explain what format it is in. I want to be sure I will be able to get it onto my computer. (I have a MacBook Pro.)

QuestionWhat steps must be completed legally after completing Will and/or Trust. Generally you need 2 witnesses when notarizing a Will to be legal and must be filled with the county recorder. All states are different correct?

- Answer Requirements vary by state. For example ME doesn't require recording. Regardless, I'd process it the way you stated. I believe judges have honored wills that are just signed by the deceased, stashed away for safe keeping and later found by someone.
