• Sorry, the power bank does not have a USB-C to Lightning cable. Instead, it comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable. So yes, you should change your own USB-C to Lightning cable to work with the power bank.

• The charger that comes with it is a usb-c charger - if that's the charger needed for iphone mini, then it should work, but the charger is technically meant to be for charging the portable charger itself
