• Katie85 I do not see an app for Charter Spectrum. I can tell you that there is several tv station apps that you can sign into and watch your programing like E,SyFy and HGTV ect.. Also keep in mind that this is a tv :) I dont see any reason why you wouldn't be able to watch Charter using the HDMI jack as the source for your cable box.
