• No, Roku is built in. If you have an account it loads all your stations after you log in and put in onscreen code.

• No. It is built in but u have to subscribe to a Roku account but nothing is charged unless you purchase movies. I have time warner cable and I was able to fowl oaf an app that picks up my cable off of wifi.
